Here at WSU we have at our fingertips many great resources to assist us in managing our everyday life. This page includes Financial Tools available online from WSU departments. 

 

 

WSU Payroll Services

This site includes easy to use and understand information regarding your payroll and other personal finances with links available for Students, Faculty and Staff, and links specific to pay; paydays; direct deposit and links for new hires. You can review your current and past earnings statements; W2’s online and pull up forms like Form W4 or a Name Change Form. 

WSU Financial Aid

It’s never too early or too late to plan so if you are thinking about college for yourself; for your children; for your grandchildren; if you are interested in financial planning of your estate through donations which can lead to scholarship opportunities; or, if you are a student who could use some assistance and information visit this site. From this link you can explore careers, prepare for college (help with selecting a school and applying for admission), pay for college (financial aid!), and manage your money (student loans and more). 

Financial Training Resources

Take advantage of the financial tools available to you through the variety of training resources designed to increase your understanding of fiscal management at WSU! Take one or all of the financial management courses. Improving your skills and knowledge can help you find that perfect work life balance. Enrich your life, lesson your day to day stress through learning new skills or by refreshing skills you already have and give yourself renewed or new security and confidence in your abilities.

WSU Benefits

The WSU Benefits web page has important information to offer related to medical, dental, retirement, and other employee benefits, including valuable information for new and separating employees. You can access information and forms to update your benefits when changes happen in your life. Don’t wait until you have a medical need, or are nearing retirement to align your benefits with your personal and professional life.

Government Benefits and Assistance Programs

www.GovBenefits.gov connects citizens from all walks of life to government benefit and assistance programs that meet their specific needs. This one-stop source provides citizens with the ability to complete a free and confidential questionnaire that will match their individual needs to more than 1,000 federal and state assistance programs, including disaster relief, employment services, education, housing, Medicare, etc.

Disability-related Programs

www.DisabilityInfo.gov offers access to information on disability-related programs, that cross multiple jurisdictions, and to connect people with disabilities to the resources they need to actively participate in the workforce and in their communities.

Women’s Bureau

A FANTASTIC website that houses a financial education program targeted to women, but helpful to all.
